The legal basis for processing is your consent as well as the pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Your data is intended for INEXIOM's teams and, where your request requires it, for the partners of our international network strictly involved in handling your request.

We use technical service providers acting as processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of contact-form emails). These providers use your data solely to perform that service.

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for 3 years from our last contact, before being deleted or anonymised.

Our hosting provider may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
