Foreign companies and agencies
Your teams have an assignment in France. We take care of everything else.
Posting agency, industrial company sending its technicians: you have the people and the contract. Inexiom takes care of their accommodation, travel and on-site logistics, so the assignment starts the moment they arrive.
You remain the employer. We carry the mobility.
Two situations, one need: an assignment that runs smoothly.
Whether you place temporary workers with a French client or send your own teams to install equipment, the question is the same: where will they sleep, how will they get around, who handles day-to-day life?
Temporary work and posting agencies
You post staff to clients in France. Your teams need decent accommodation near the site, a means of transport and a contact on the ground. We take care of it, assignment after assignment, to the same standards.
Industrial companies and contractors
You send your technicians to install a machine, carry out maintenance or complete a project. Your job is the intervention — not searching for accommodation 800 km away. We prepare everything before they arrive.
Assignment logistics, end to end.
Every aspect of mobility is handled and coordinated by Inexiom. You keep control of the assignment; we absorb the rest.
Accommodation
Search, booking and management of decent accommodation, as close as possible to the assignment site. Matched to team size and duration.
Vehicles and travel
Vehicles provided on site, daily journeys between accommodation and the workplace. Your teams get around without depending on anyone.
Settling in and daily life
Welcome on arrival, practical bearings, accommodation equipment, help when the unexpected happens. Daily life is taken care of so the assignment stays the only priority.
A contact on the ground
A French-speaking contact reachable throughout the assignment, for your teams and for you. A question, a need, a schedule change: one number.
From the brief to a settled team.
A simple process. You describe the assignment, we prepare the ground.
- 01
You describe the assignment
Location, dates, number of people, specific constraints. One conversation is enough to scope the need.
- 02
We prepare the welcome
Accommodation booked, vehicles available, practical information shared. Everything is in place before your teams leave.
- 03
Your teams arrive and get to work
They are settled the same day. Throughout the assignment, your Inexiom contact remains reachable.
Why Inexiom
A presence in France, at the service of your teams.
Established on the ground
We know the employment areas, the landlords, the rental companies and the local constraints. What you would have to discover from a distance, we already practise.
The bigger the team, the smoother it gets
Accommodation, vehicles and support are pooled. A team of ten settles in as easily as a team of four.
People, not logistics
Decent accommodation, a real welcome, a human contact: your teams work better when they are well settled. That is our conviction, and our practice.
An assignment in France coming up? Let's talk.
Tell us the location, the dates and the headcount. We get back to you quickly with a proposed organisation, with no commitment.
What you are probably wondering.
- No, never. Your employees remain yours, under your contract and your responsibility. Inexiom provides a mobility service: accommodation, vehicles, logistics and on-site support. We never carry an employment contract.
- We are designed for teams, from around four people. The larger the headcount, the more efficient the pooling of accommodation and vehicles.
- Wherever your assignment takes you. We work with a network of landlords and rental companies across the country, and we prepare each site before your teams arrive.
- As early as possible, ideally as soon as the assignment is confirmed. A few weeks allow us to find the most suitable accommodation; we can also respond to short notice.
- The legal obligations linked to posting remain the employer's. We tell you clearly what is yours to handle and what we take care of, so that nothing is overlooked.
